SENATE BILL NO. 306 "An Act relating to the practice of                                             
naturopathic medicine; and providing for an effective date" was read

Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                  
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3120.                                  
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 306(FIN) was

Senator Seekins moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption

Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no
